Interpretation and Definitions

kisy918 reserves the right to request identity verification documents at any time, including copies of identification cards, bank documents or proof of address. Accounts that fail to provide the requested documents within the specified period may be suspended until verification is complete.

Each individual is only permitted to hold one (1) account. Owning multiple accounts is a serious violation of these terms and may result in all such accounts being suspended immediately without any refund.

Deposits, Withdrawals and Transactions

kisy918 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals through the following payment methods: Touch 'n Go eWallet, DuitNow, online banking via FPX, Boost, and cryptocurrency including USDT, BTC and ETH.

Deposits: The minimum deposit amount for all payment methods is RM50 per transaction. All deposits are processed in Malaysian Ringgit (RM). Funds deposited using cryptocurrency will be converted at the prevailing rate at the time of the transaction.

Withdrawals: The minimum withdrawal amount is RM100. Approved withdrawal requests will be processed within 5 to 30 minutes. Withdrawals will only be processed to the same account or payment method used for the deposit, except in specific cases at kisy918's discretion.

Users are fully responsible for ensuring that the payment account details entered are correct. kisy918 is not liable for any losses arising from incorrect payment information.

Bonuses and Promotions

kisy918 offers various bonuses and promotions from time to time. All bonus offers are subject to specific terms of use. The key conditions are as follows:

First Deposit Bonus: kisy918 offers a bonus of 100% of the first deposit amount, up to a maximum of RM300. This bonus is subject to a wagering requirement of 10 times the bonus amount received before any winnings from the bonus can be withdrawn.

Calculation example: If a user deposits RM100, the bonus received is RM100, bringing the account balance to RM200. The wagering requirement to be met is RM100 × 10 = RM1,000. For a deposit of RM800, the bonus received is RM300 (maximum cap), bringing the account balance to RM1,100, and the wagering requirement is RM300 × 10 = RM3,000.

• Bonuses may only be used for wagering purposes and cannot be transferred or directly exchanged for cash.
• kisy918 reserves the right to withdraw any bonus if the terms of use are not met or if there is suspicion of misuse.
• Each user is only eligible for one first deposit bonus.

Game Rules

• Changes in cryptocurrency exchange rates that affect the value of transactions.

In all circumstances, kisy918's maximum liability to any user shall not exceed the net deposit amount made by the user in the 30 days prior to the event giving rise to the liability claim.

Amendment of Terms
